1. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible under-desk cable trays, magnetic organizers, wire raceways, and clamp accessories delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Each cable tray set and mounting kit undergoes steel edge deburring audits, clamp screw alignment tests, powder-coat finish reviews, and protective corner-cushioned packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
  • Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via standard carrier networks.
  • Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional postal routes, seasonal freight volume peaks, and courier parcel handling for solid steel hardware cartons.

4. Heavy-Duty Protective Packaging & Order Tracking

To safeguard structural metal trays and clamp assemblies from transit bending or edge scratches, all Wire Node products are packed with dense molded foam edge blocks inside multi-layer corrugated master cartons. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Wire Node is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
